The Financial Intelligence Centre has been given 20 days to hand over all documents to several subsidiaries after their bank accounts were closed down.
Sekunjalo Investments is one of the companies that filed the application at the Western Cape High Court after their accounts were closed after the banks cited reputational risk. The judge on Monday ordered the FIC to supply documents requested by Sekunjalo and ordered it to pay the costs of the case.
